Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unopened and unused.

Item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened food or candy products.

Opened household or cleaning products.

Items damaged due to misuse.

Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number.

Photos of the item and packaging.
We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund if the error was ours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we'll provide a prepaid return label or replace the item at no cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
